  1. Emergency room

Made Mar 30, 2026, sent to the company Apr 2, 2026, published by CPSC Apr 16, 2026

The product, in the report: FUNLIO 2 in 1 Swing Set for Toddler & Baby Jumper, Heavy Duty Kids Swing & Bouncer with 4 Sandbags, Foldable Metal Stand for Indoor/Outdoor Play, Easy to Assemble and Store - Grey

The folding hinge/joint on this swing set is incredibly floppy and unstable, twisting far too easily. I tightened all the bolts as much as possible, so this isnt a setup issue its the design itself. While trying to fold it, the poles slammed down together with my fingers in between on both sides, then it clamped shut so tightly that no one could release it. When I got my fingers out (my middle and pointer on both sides) they had visible damage with skin broken, and indents that took 30 minutes to go away. One particular finger remained in serous pain and I couldnt bend it it began swelling and turning red. I ended up in the hospital getting X-rays and was diagnosed with a crush injury needing to wear a splint for a week, which Im currently in. This part is a poorly designed accident waiting to happen.

Upon going to write my review on Amazon, I noticed a few others wrote that the same thing occurred to them. I am unsure if my review uploaded as when I went to check it was not there but I tried a few times
