The product, in the report: Fantastic Flyer swingset. Blue, green, and white. Three swings, one slide, one glider, one hanging bar, and one see saw.
We purchased a Fantastic Flyer swingset from Walmart.com. After picking it up from our local Walmart, we assembled it. The very same evening my five year old son and my three year old daughter were on the see saw part of the swingset. My son fell off of the see saw seat while it was in the air because the see saw seat broke off of the pole. He was hurt, but did not require medical attention. This product is unsafe, and I would like to know what I should do since their is a recall on the swingset now.
