The product, in the report: Cloth swings with minimal padding on seated and back area. Wood arm rests. Ropes attached to wood armrests, seating area and back area. Ropes converge to a central point above the swing at a metal ring for attachment to a swing set, tree or other location to hang from. It appears that the cloth loops holding the ropes failed. I still have the swings if additional pictures would be helpful. No injuries.
Purchased chair swings from Menards in May of 2022 (approximately $30 each). These swings were left outside hanging from the swing set. In fall, 2022, under normal use (person gently swinging on them), the attachment point where the ropes attached to the cushion chair failed. There was no extraordinary use of these swings. They were only used for swinging by persons weighing lass than 200 pounds.
