The product, in the report: Swing set 3 sets of legs, two swings, gym bars, dual seat teeter/swing.
Bought a Dartmouth 3-legged swing set from Toys R Us 4/30/2011 for $250 - the plastic swing seat snapped in half while my 3 year old grandson was in mid-swing (he’s only 35 pounds). I called Toys R Us and they just said to bring it back and they’d refund my money. The store manager showed no regard to my grandson’s safety.
I’m very concerned that it appears these products continue to be sold to consumers with children - this could have resulted in serious injury to my grandson, Lord knows how many other children are at risk of serious injury - consumers need to be made aware!
