Consumer stated that while her 3 1/2 year old was in the swingin motion it broke apart which dispersed her son distance away into a fence he fell out onto his head and back which caused injury to his spines, neck and the top of his head. The child was seen was by a physician the following day where he was examined and treated for his injuries at the Urgent Care [REDACTED].
Consumer is concerned that this product could have caused fatality and feels that this should be investigated.
