The product, in the report: Wood Grill Natural Cedar Planks from World Market. You soak these and place your food on top of them, then place them on your grill to cook your food with a smokey flavor.
I purchased cedar grilling planks from World Market. I used them as instructed and they started on fire. I submitted two reviews on their website and they rejected both of them. I still do not know why. I have tried to get a response from their corporate website but they took a week to respond and simply asked me if I used them as instructed. The package says to soak them for 30 minutes. I soaked them for 3 hours. It has now been 3 days and I have not received a response from them after responding that YES I soaked the planks. I am concerned that they are censoring reviews at the risk of customer safety. These grilling planks are still for sale.
