Sorry about the delay, used [REDACTED] instead of [REDACTED],received error notice this AM. [REDACTED] when you have time give me a call, I do not think [REDACTED] will call me with out talking with you first. [REDACTED] [REDACTED], This this is the information that we talked about. I called [REDACTED] on Friday March 14, 2014 8:47 AM as per our conversation that week. I was only able to reach his voice mail & did leave a message with my phone no., Ref# & asked for him to call & discuss my concerns on this matter. Hearth & Home Customer Rep [REDACTED] Direct Phone [REDACTED] ref# [REDACTED] serial # [REDACTED] [REDACTED], after 3 control board failures, each one resulting in the unit still igniting & continuously feeding feeding pellets I now have a real safety concern with this units control board logic function. Along with the last control board, a complete new power supply & wiring harness was installed & still failed with the same outcome. A new auger motor was installed as the original one failed the day after the until was rewired. I will not put any Quadra Fire unit back in my home as I feel the control board is a real safety hazard, when it fails & still tries to ignite along with continuous feeding pellets. Another safety concern, is that the power supply is a fused unit & with all the control board failures as well as the auger motor problem I have never had a blown fuse. The attached document has the contact web sites I will contact if Hearth & Home does not take care of you & my safety concerns with the control board problems. Please feel free to forward or share all or any portion of this E-Mail with [REDACTED] or anyone [REDACTED] wishes if he is not able to handle this matter. . Thank You [REDACTED] Phone [REDACTED] E-Mail [REDACTED] Sun, Apr 27, 2014 at 9:38 PM To: [REDACTED]

[REDACTED], This is a forward of the original response after our phone conversation on the response you received from Hearth & Home Technologies. I have also included photo’s I took & showed you Friday on the way up to your store to pick up my insert, along with the photo of the polarity ground test photo of your power outlet. [REDACTED], Hearth & Home Technologies should have my phone number & E-Mail from my original E-Mail to you after I dropped of my insert that you sent to them with my concerns. As I said Friday, I feel bad you had to experience what I went through 3 times & with a control box board that already had failed. I will pursue this with the agencies I listed on my original E-Mail if Hearth & Home Technologies does not acknowledge & respond to my concerns whether directly to me or through you. [REDACTED] please forward this E-Mail to your contact source. [REDACTED] please contact me if Hearth & Home Technologies does not respond. I will try to contact them directly before I take any further action. Thank You [REDACTED]
