The product, in the report: Harman Absolute 63
Harman Absolute 63 Pellet Stove. The stove continues to heat even though it has hit the set temperature at times over 10 degrees hotter. This has been happening for 3 years and I’ve reached out to Harman 5+ times and they just push me to my local dealer who says he’s calling Harman. I was one of the first to buy the stove so I believe I was the first to ever report it to Harman. Now that more of this stove is being sold, I’m starting to see a ton of complaints about this. They have attempted to solve this with an update to the software but it’s still happening.
