The product, in the report: Cuisinart 4 in 1 pellet smoker
Our pellet smoker started producing a large amount of smoke. When my husband went out to see what was going on after a neighbor alerted us the lid blew open, flames shot out & he sustained 2nd degree burns on his arm.
We were using our Cuisinart 4 in 1 pellet smoker and a neighbor alerted us it was producing large amounts of smoke. My husband went outside to check & the lid blew open & shot flames out. He sustained 2nd degree burns on his arm. We believe the grill was feeding too many pellets which caused the fire. We’ve only had the grill since 12/29/21 & have followed the proper shut down cycle. We fully believe this pellet smoker to be a dangerous & unsafe product.
