The product, in the report: CharBroil Infrared Dual Fuel gas grill
CharBroil Dual Fuel Grill model 463242515. Converted this grill from propane to natural gas per CharBroil’s instructions. While grilling, the fixed side shelves get so hot you can cook on them. After multiple calls to CharBroil’s customer support, CharBroil sent a pair of heat resistant glove to “fix” the problem. Their customer service had no interest in finding out why the side shelves too hot or resolving the problem. The hot shelve present a danger of second and third degree burns if touched by someone.
