The product, in the report: Smokeless Grill Drip Pan
The consumer indicates that she used her smokeless grill the night before and left it soaking in water overnight as well as its drip pan. This morning the consumer went to pick up the drip pan by its sides and immediately dropped it as she felt something like razor blades run through her thumbs The consumer looked down and both of her thumbs were bleeding so she used [REDACTED] to stop said bleed.
The consumer contacted the manufacturer and explained the situation and asking for a replacement drip pan; the representative she spoke to advised her to respond to an e-mail she would receive shortly and to determine if she can get said replacement.
The consumer states that she has only used the unit approximately five times total.
The consumer plans on keeping her grill for at least the next thirty days in case an investigation ensues.
Except I did not soak the entire unit, only the grill + drip pan which are separate from the motor. Manufacture sent a new drip pan on 6-12-23.
