The product, in the report: electric Smoker
Caller purchased smoker on October 10th, 2011 and used it the first few days after purchase t cook ribs. He realized that the smoker was steadily building heat while set at a specific temperature and took this first smoker and exchange it on10/17/2011. The retailer provided Caller with an exchange. He took the replacement smoker home and began using it. He used the replacement smoker possibly 8 times, however then he had been cooking ribs in the smoker in April 19th, 2012, turned the smoker off but didn’t unplug it. He came out to put the dog out around six hours later and realized that the smoker, although turned off was running strong at around 300 degrees. He unplugged the smoker and sat it to the side to cool off. Caller has not used the smoker since then but has plugged it in to test whether this incident would be repeated and it has. He received payment from the retailer as refund, he has no financial request but would request that the public be notified of the fire danger this grill has.
