The product, in the report: Funsicle 22 ft oasis designer above ground frame pool 54in
My children are very young, when we got our pool they were 3 and 5. They could not swim, and we had been teaching them. The youngest , figured a way around the pool and decided that she was going to climb up the side, and sure enough it is one of the pools with the strap around it that is on the recall list. My husband and I ordered this will full intentions of keeping the ladder out, any time adults are inside, making sure NO CHAIRS were around in case of crazy instances with them trying to get in with us around. Yet one of my young children found a way the strap around that pool. THANKFULLY, my husband went outside as she was getting in and she was not seriously injured or this would be a complete LAWSUIT.
