The product, in the report: furnace

(02/18/2023) The consumer is concerned about the safety of the product because the safety switch on the product door does not work properly. The door to the furnace is flimsy. It was discovered on 2/18 that the unit was not running. It was very cold that day. Since the heater was not working, it caused the pipes to freeze and then burst, causing water damage to the unit.

The manufacturer was contacted. The consumer stated that they are not claiming any liability for the product.
