The product, in the report: United States Stove Hot Blast Warm Air Furnace, 1900 Sq. Model #1400

We purchased a United States Stove Hot Blast Warm Air Furnace. Model # 1400; MFG, 4306D; Serial # 63690; in December 2015. We had the furnace installed Jan 2016. The only type of fuel used in this furnace is wood.

We discovered 2, two to three inch cracks in the firebox at the bottom of the door or feed box on each side of the opening. The cracks allow the fire inside the firebox to be visible outside of the furnace. This we believe is a serious fire hazard to our home.
