The product, in the report: Coleman Furnace: White plastic front, grey cabinet, down flow, mobile home use.

Coleman Furnace, Model DGAH077BBSA. About a month ago my furnace failed to stay ignited. I traced the problem to a burnt off wire from flame sensor located inside heat ex-changer, attached to main burner. Wire had about 2 inches of insulation burned off and was detached from quick disconnect at flame sensor. I replaced quick disconnect and cut back burned section of yellow wire. Two weeks later, wire burnt again. I observed massive flame up through burner window when main blower kicked on. Further inspection of heat exchanger revealed about a six inch crack and about an inch whole in the heat exchanger. The crack and hole are pretty much in line with and opposite of main burner. Removed furnace from service on 11/26/13 pending repairs or replacement. This furnace was installed new through state/county weatherization program in June of 2001
