Purchased rubber children’s playground mulch from The Home Depot that has metal wires sticking out.
I received 2 different pallets on different days and both shipments contained bags with metal wires in the mulch. I contacted The Home Depot (seller) and spoke to customer service and a supervisor from the resolution department and neither person seemed concerned. I spoke to a representative from Liberty Tire (manufacturer) and she said that she has seen other similar complaints but that they are rare.
