The product, in the report: TT Trsmima Zipline Kits and Zipline Spring Brakes. We no longer have the box so we dont have the serial number, etc. we do still have all of the zip line.

On 7/31/26 I received an email from Amazon regarding an item I’d purchased on 12/9/24 and installed in March of 2025, this item had been recalled for a potential safety issue. The item is a Trsmima Zipline Kit by Trsmima. on 3/29/25 upon installation of this item, my husband tested this out, the seat detached, my husband fell, broke, dislocated, and tore both ligaments in his ankle. He was taken by ambulance to [REDACTED] Hospital in Richmond, VA. He was kept in the hospital and had surgery on 3/31/25 to repair his ankle. He had regular follow up’s, physical therapy and filed for short term disability while he healed until he was deemed healthy to return to work (July 2025). We didn’t even think about an issue with the actual zipline until this recall. We still have the zipline, and can certainly gain access to the EMS report, and hospital transcripts/bills. I’ve reached out to the email provided in Amazon’s recall email for the brand and no one has responded to my email, I followed up again today, nothing as of yet. We’d love some help with this issue. CPSC responded via email on 8/5/26 letting me know my message was received and forwarded to your office of compliance, I was asked to complete this form.

The product, in the report: Trsmima Zipline Kit (TT TRSMIMA 100 ft /120 ft /150 ft/180ft Zip Line Kit for Kids and Adult Up to 380 lb - Updated Removable Design Trolley and Thickened Seat, Rust Proof W/Safety Harness - Zipline Kits for Backyard) - Purchased on Amazon. I don’t have the box anymore and the instructions do not have the serial and upc #s nor the date manufactured. Amazon has removed the link to the kit due to the open recall.

My 11 year old son fell from Trsmima Zipline Kit because the seat fell out from under him as the glue that held the rope knot below the seat broke. He ended up in the ER and we found he had 7 compression fractures in his spine. He has to wear a torso/neck brace for 6 weeks but he should be completely fine after this.
