The product, in the report: Play safe spinning quad merry go Round
The consumer says the seat assembly dropped to the ground while children were playing. None of the children were injured.
She contacted the manufacturer who says the unit falls outside of the range of the recall (Release #08-305) and there is nothing they can do.
They advised her to go on Ebay or Craigslist to find the part that they no longer carry. She is having the same issue as listed in the recall.
