The product, in the report: BOUNTECH Inflatable Bounce House, Mighty Castle Bouncer with Long Slide, Climbing Wall, Jumping Area, Basketball Rim, Including Oxford Carry Bag, Repairing Kit, Stakes (with 680W Air Blower)

I am reporting the bountech castle bounce house. Although it appears this model is also produced by other manufacturers. My son almost hanged himself today on the inflatable basketball hoop inside the bounce house. He was playin gon the structure with his brother, pulled down the hoop and stuck his head inside, when it twisted. He was choking and barely able to breathe. I was thankfully about 20 feet away and was able to get into the bounce house, although freeing him was not easy. I believe my son would have died had I not been right there.
