The product, in the report: C7skates quad with 58mm polyurethane wheels, color lemon pop, size 9, bought on Amazon
I researched brands of skates to teach my granddaughter. I wanted adjustable wheels. C7Skates show on their website the wheels will come locked. Put them on and make sure they fit well before loosening wheels evenly. I got two pair. They arrived late an we were excited. I took mine out of the box and put them on. My granddaughter didnt know how to do the laces. I stood up to take steps and both flew out from under me, slapping be back on the ground. Not all of the wheels were locked. I sought emergency care and both arms required surgery 1/25/24. Both arms had acute, comminuted displaced intra-articulation fractures of the distal radius. I required many casts and physical therapy but they will never be the same. I told the company who apologized and offered me $500 to not sue. There are numerous reviews on Amazon with these skates coming used, incorrect, boot comes off while skating, wheels come off, with several people also injured. They dont check for safety before sending. They say they are made in Sunny California but they are imported from China.
