The product, in the report: 2018 Specialized Turbo Levo S- works Electric Bicycle - size Large - Green and Black Carbon - Fattie 27.5 tires Serial Number WSBC614125779n
I have a 2018 Specialized Turbo Levo S - Works Electric Bike where the battery cover has fallen off because it was not glued properly. This model and year is under the time period covered under the current Specialized recall for this problem. Specialized is saying it is not covered because it is not on the batterys listed. Operating this bike with out the cover is a fire hazard per Specialized.
