The product, in the report: Ook-tek e bike Double Suspension Off-Road Electric Bike for Adults 20x4.0’’ All-Terrain Tire,30MPH 750/1000W Brushless Motor, 48V 15Ah Detachable Battery, Shimano 7 Speed Gears Mountain e-Bicycle

Purchased a new E-Bike from [REDACTED] who sells them out of Los Angeles County, California. We paid $1000 . Within 30 day money back guarantee bike has completely stopped working. Upon further inspection handlebars to not sit in Fran correctly and when breaking there’s movement which is dangerous . We have been sending videos and pictures to seller [REDACTED] for about a month and he’s giving us run around. He refuses to take responsibility and is not honoring return policy . I believe [REDACTED] to be running an illegal e bike business out of his home . He said he wanted to meet at coffee shop as the parking lot is perfect for test driving. We were guaranteed warranty . Bike worked for maybe 2.5- 3 weeks and stopped working. We contacted [REDACTED] and phone number [REDACTED] . We sent pictures and then multiple videos by request of [REDACTED] only to be getting the run around and a supposed part being mailed that has never shown up. We requested a refund at this point and they now say they are not responsible because they are not the manufacturer.
