The product, in the report: Juiced Ripcurrent S Size L eBike https://www.juicedbikes.com/products/ripcurrent-s?variant=39856268607552

I am a professional bike mechanic working on a customer’s bike. Rear brake caliper was leaking from seam, contaminating the brake pads and allowing air into hydraulic line making rear brake ineffective which caused a loss of control for customer without serious injury. Customer warrantied brake, they provided a set (front/rear), one caliper was exhibiting the same problem, making 50% of the brakes I’ve seen (2/4) hazardously defective. Also rear brake was originally installed in such a matter that there were excessive spacers below caliper resulting in partial contact between brake pad and rotor.
