Electric bike had un commanded acceleration several times after being parked. Crashed into office computer once and on another occasion into a restaurant. While riding throttle unable to stop motor. Brakes would not stop motor. Only heavy breaking overpowered motor instead of the normal light applications disconnecting power to motor
