I was riding a Happy EBike on Friday July 23rd, 2021 and at 20 MPH the screw that was holding the front fender rod (attached to front tire) came loose and the rod that was connected to front tire and fender went through the spokes of the bicycle and instantly stopped the bike and propelled me through the air at 20 MPH onto the pavement on the street.
