As my son was riding his GOTRAX EMERGE ELECTRIC BIKE, the SEAT simply SNAPPED OFF. These bikes can ride at very high speeds. Thankfully he was not injured, but that was miraculous. I have been riding bikes for over 40 years, never heard of a seat cracking off. We contacted the company, no response. This happened in [REDACTED].
