The product, in the report: Electric mountain bike, 1500watts motor, full suspension. Brand Biktrix, model Juggernaut Ultra fs pro 2, colo black. Size small. Intended for road and trail use.
Had several crashes due to poorly fitted tires and pedal strikes on an electric bicycle. Also, the wheels have spokes protruding to far into the tire and can puncture the tube and fail, causing a crash. Upon full compression of the suspension, the pedals hit the ground, tossing the rider and crashing. The tires are too small for rim size, resulting in a profile with no side knobs which causes the front wheel to loose grip on corners, resulting in crashes. This is an e bike capable of doing 30 mph. While using it as intended, I crashed several times. It was either the front wheel loosing traction or pedal hitting the ground while riding.
