The product, in the report: Hampton Wood Cast Insert model HI300

I purshased a Regency wood buring fireplace insert model Hampton HI300 from a local dealer and had it installed by the local dealer. The manufacturer states they have a lifetime warranty. After one season of burning wood. The top side of the fire box is rusting. This could lead to a carbon monoxide issue in the house and a potential fire. Tired to contact the manufacture which is in BC Canada and no response. The dealer will not help and the manufacturer will not help.
