The product, in the report: York Furnace Model # - TM9E060B12MP12A Serial # - W1F9012639 Installed 11-10-19 60,000BTUH
Our 5 year old York furnace experienced a malfunction in the heat exchange causing carbon monoxide to enter our basement (20 parts per million) and first floor living space (5 parts per million). It is widely shared that there is a manufacturers defect with these furnaces. We were unable to replace the part because the defect is so widespread that the part, the heat exchange is on back order for 90-100 days.
