The product, in the report: Wall mounted gas furnace 65,000 BTU
Gas company inspected the Williams wall mount furnace on 01/13/2023 and determined it to be unsafe due to it blowing the exhaust out of the intake vent to the living areas. He had to Red Tag the unit and disconnect the gas supply to it. My 91 year old mother has been wheezing and coughing like she smokes 3 packs of cigarettes and she has never smoked a day in her life. But she has been subjected to the exhaust of the wall mount furnace blowing exhaust fumes out the intake into her house.and not out the exhaust. [REDACTED] is the purchaser of the Williams furnace made by Williams furnace company from Richner heating and air conditioning, seller. She was 89 at time of purchase on May 5,2019. And she has dementia so wasn’t aware of anything other than the furnace was not working properly as it continued to shut down from the hi limit switch which we have recently discovered from the gas company that it’s not a safe unit to operate in the condition it’s in.
