The product, in the report: Valor Gas Fireplace
Our Valor Gas Fireplace, model number 5341LN serial number 534n100115 has been acting funny with delayed ignition and then quit working. I had a repair person come look at it and he diagnosed it as needing a gas valve replacement. I looked the issue up online and noted that this company had another model that had similar issues and that they had recalled it. I then called them up to report the issue and they said they were not concerned as my fireplace was a different model than the one they had recalled. I suggested that their definition of concern is very different than mine.
