The product, in the report: U. S. Boiler Company Condensing high Efficiency Gas Fired hot Water Boiler
My son and I own several residential rental properties. Over the past 2 years we have had a plumber install 5 new U.S. Boiler Company Condensing High Efficiency Gas Fired hot Water Boilers Model #K2WT-100. Over the past year we have had 3 separate instances of malfunctioning gas valves with the most recent incident the gas valve spewing natural into the basement of the home. In all cases the gas valve was replaced, but we are concerned that these incidents are more than a coincidence.
