The product, in the report: Shark 3 in one air purifier, It is a black cylinder looking machine. Model number HC501
I bought a shark 3 in one air purifier (model number HC501) back in january 2023, I would notice an electrical burning smell from time to time but couldnt figure out where it was coming from. The heat stopped working recently on the air purifier and I took it apart to figure out what happened. I discovered that the heating elements have undersized conductors that power the heating elements that caused the conductors to heat up and melt the insulation and cause the wire to break posing a fire hazard.
