placed waykar cth150-pa in service approximately 06/15/2025 and approx 08/15/2025 unit failed with error code e3, flammable r32 refrigerant leak. unit ran approx 90 hours in residential 1,300 sq/ft well maintained home. no injuries and i feel potential for fire hazard should be investigated should refrigerant leak occur and find ignition source. this is request 1 of 3 of waykar units ive submitted, cth150-pa and ydz150-pa
