The product, in the report: Andte Commercial Dehumidifier Model DE305
I purchased an Andte DE305 dehumidifier in July of 2024 that quit dehumidifying. I inspected the unit and found that the wire loom is routed improperly and making contact with the copper line coming out the top of the compressor. The copper line gets so hot that it has melted the loom and wires. This is a fire hazard. The company has no phone number to call and they do not respond to my emails. I have made six attempts. They post two emails to make warranty claims but do not respond. [REDACTED]. This may be a recall situation. I can be reached at [REDACTED]. Thank you.
