The product, in the report: Walgreen’s brand cool mist vaporizer http://www.walgreens.com/store/c/walgreens-warm-steam-vaporizer/ID=prod6017796-product

Hi. Last year I ran into the Wallgreen’s Store located in Shawnee HIlls, Ohio, to buy a cool mist vaporizer. I was looking for a Vicks brand one, but since they were out, and I have had wonderful experiences with Walgreens’ brand items before, I purchased a Wallgreen’s store brand cool mist vaporizer/humidifier (it looks like the link below but cool mist.

We had used the product probably a dozen times last year, not more, dried it out, stored it in a dry location for the summer, and plugged it in a few days ago. We used it about 5 times this year.

Last night, when we plugged the humidifier in it started up just fine. We went to bed but soon noticed burning smell. After looking around the room we noticed the vaporizer was ON FIRE. Not just smoking, it had flames coming out of it and it was glowing orange. After my husband unplugged it he blew on it and the fire went out.
