The product, in the report: Itvanila HU-S1 humidifier. http://www.itvanila.com/products/itvanila-humidifier-hu-s1 Model HU-S1
I purchased an itvanila humidifier on 2/22/19. The filter dried out some time ago and I cannot find a new one. I contacted the company asking how I could obtain a replacement filter and their response was as follows: “According to the usage, the general filter can be used for 6-24 months. It is recommended that you clean the filter according to the instructions. If there is any quality problem, please contact us.” That is unsatisfactory, as the 24 months (the max) will expire in 10 days. Apparently no filter replacement is available. I was using the product, as a humidifier. I am not aware of an injury, but a humidifier that does not have a filter clearly can cause injury - see your fact sheet.
