The product, in the report: The 2 Guardian Humidifiers leaked from the base within a short term of use and damaged my floor. Lasko is the worst company to deal with. They are untrustworthy, make promises and never fulfil. I have been dealing with [REDACTED] and [REDACTED] at their head office and it is very frustrating. I had a stroke in November ‘25 and I don’t need this stress and aggravation.
I had purchased a Guardian Humidifier in November 2025. Within 2 months it leaked from the base and damaged my wooden floor. It also gave a burnt like smell. I complained to the company, they sent another which leaked similarly after two days and damaged my floor.
