The product, in the report: Premier Pro Range
UPDATE: We have discovered that the problem was caused by our contractor failing to follow the manufacturer’s installation instructions. This is not a defect in the product.
Installed brand new Premier Pro range. On first use of oven, oven door became very hot to the touch, so hot the plastic logo on the front began to melt.
