The product, in the report: Stainless steel, GE double oven, glass top range
We purchased a brand-new GE double oven in June 2013. Today the glass on the top oven door shattered. The oven was not in use, and had not been in use for several days. In reading several online sites, this appears to be an extremely common issue, which has been going on for at least ten years.
GE refused to warranty the glass.
