50 year old male making pizza in an [REDACTED] pizza oven purchased from Amazon was burned by the gas dial control. The unit had been used about four time previously with no incidents. On the fifth and last time user’s fingers were burned by a very hot gas knob used to turn the unit on/off and adjust the heat. With a thermometer the knob temperature was 258 degrees Fahrenheit.
