The product, in the report: 30” French Door Wall Oven
Each time the oven is turned on to bake, pieces of fiberglass insulation blow around the oven cavity on my Monogram 30” French Door Wall oven. I read that this fiberglass insulation is a digestive and lung irritant, and I believe my family and I were beginning to feel negative health affects from eating food baked in it and breathing particles when we opened it. We have stopped using the unit due to these potential health risks.

No one hurt Made Dec 31, 2021, sent to the company Jan 4, 2022, published by CPSC Jan 19, 2022
The product, in the report: This was a GE Monogram 30-inch double oven (29 1/2” x 52”). The finish was stainless steel. It was the upper oven that caught fire.
On December 21, 2021, I was running the self-cleaning cycle of my GE Monogram oven. About two hours into the cycle, the oven control board interior started sparking and caught fire. I immediately turned off the oven and then turned off the breaker, but the fire continued. I called 911. The oven (and cabinet) was destroyed by the fire.

No one hurt Made Mar 11, 2014, sent to the company Mar 20, 2014, published by CPSC Apr 3, 2014
The product, in the report: GE Monogram Professional Dual Fuel Range, 36”, 4 burner and a griddle. Model ZDP364NDP4SS. Purchased in March 2011
We had a grease fire in our range due to grease catching fire that drips under the griddle feature. We did not know the grease was there. After the fire we discovered that the griddle design allows grease to drip underneath the griddle. The manual states you are not supposed to take the griddle apart to clean it. We always cleaned the surface of the griddle but didn’t know there was a thick accumulation of grease underneath. Now we can’t use it as it was designed for fear of it happening again.
