Dear Sir,
My wife who is pregnant in her 8th month, was baking a cake in Ariston oven and standing nearby, when the oven exploded leaving the glass everywhere in the kitchen (attached pictures). Oven was purchased 20 months ago and fall under the 5 years warranty of Ariston
Kindly advise me how to proceed and who can help me as the Ariston agent requested me to pay 176$ to replace the glass without even checking how and what this explosion happened
regards,
