The product, in the report: Pizzello Gas Fired Pizza Oven
I purchased a Pizzello Pizza Oven with a gas burner. This burner is unsafe as shipped to me. First it will not ignite using the igniter. However, gas will continue to flow into the oven. If you attempt to ignite the burner manually this built-up gas will blow the door off the oven. This has now happened twice. As a person with personal experience in the area gas burners (Retired Electrician who work as a certified installer of electronic valves on [REDACTED] furnaces for years). I have tried to contact Pizzello they do not provide a phone number for tech support. Their only method of communication seems to be via email. I am not sure the person responding to these emails has a firm grasp of the English language.
