The product, in the report: NXR range, model # NGR3602A/NG, S/N WJBNXR2020190.

On December 7, 2010 we purchased a NXR range, model # NGR3602A/NG, S/N WJBNXR2020190. Since that time we have had numerous problems such as the ignitors would not turn off after the burners were lite and there was a smell of gas. Technicians could not find anything to correct these items.

The most recent problem we found a few weeks ago was when the oven was turned on and a ball of flame rolled out from the oven and from under the stove. It scared my wife who turned it on and fortunately no injury. We called the technician again could not find a cause. This is clearly a danger.
