The product, in the report: Gas Range
I own a Maytag Gas Range. Model Number MGR5765Q. Purchased in 07/31/2004. I have been getting a huge flash back from the oven. When I start to use it it takes time to ignite by then it creates a flashback. When used at a lower temperature as to keep something warm an excess amount of gas builds up before it ignites. I have to open all my doors and windows to clear the gas fumes from house. I cannot no longer use the oven for fear of an explosion. I contacted Maytag and have not received an email back. People who own one of these Gas Ranges Should refrain from using it . I don’t need my home to be destroyed from a default Range. Last incident was 11/21/2012
