My Gaffers/Satler gas range is a safety hazard, and I cannot afford to replace it. There are only 2 burners that ignite, 1 after you light it with a match. 2 visits from the gas co. helping to regulate the pilot light, and set the knobs to off position which always looks like it is on. It looks like it may be custom made, but it is not working properly and I am frigtened. The gas bill is high and I don’t do that much cooking. The knobs don’t work properly, the numbers on the temp. dial have been rubbed off. It is over 40 years old. I am a low income elderly.
