FORNO Gas Stove model 6244 Serial SSSGS624448/22101143. Product has double ovens. Both ovens running. Went to turn knob off Unexpected stove knobs heat up high enough to burn my hand when I touched to turn off. Knobs are made of steel company literature says knob will heat to 123F and the allowable amount is 148F. If true this is highly dangerous as the knobs are low and children could inadvertently walk past and be burned, or anyone who brushes against the stove will moving through the kitchen could be burnt. Next day heated one oven to see if still an issue incidentally touched back of stove looks like venting area and again burned my hand again. why is this area hot. My experience with gas cooktop is not that of a novist although this is my first unit with ovens and stove in one piece. Real concern about the safety of product
