The product, in the report: It is the Criterion 30-in standard gas range model number [REDACTED] cgr51p1w
This is the second such complaint on the same stove Criterion 30 inch standard gas range model cgr51p1w I’ve already written in on one complaint and that was a error 5 saying that the oven gets too hot well check this out another holiday started the oven up and now it says error too that is a catastrophic error that means that the oven got so hot that it fuse together the soldering points on all the electronic points in the head the clock the oven all the electronics are fried this is not just me having this problem when I [REDACTED] it there’s other people that are getting error codes too and getting the two and getting the five and then they’re catching on fire you all have to stop this product and possibly others from Criterion because all they’re doing is throwing parts like most manufacturers at the problem and not correcting bad workmanship and bad designs and yes injuries did happen okay where people get burned I’ve told you that you cannot set the burners the burner Flames are too high on it when it’s on low it’s like it’s on 3/4 high on any other manufactured stove it burns food we’ve been burned numerous times okay it’s being used in the home I’m trying to look at your required as what happened you know where it’s being used to products all that okay but I’m telling you straight out I wish you would come and take possession of the stove and take it as criminal evidence because it’s going to end up causing some kind of Fire first and there are two that the Evans getting too hot or apartment opposite five and there are five that the oven is getting too hot and then there are two that it’s telling you that the electronics have been fused together I mean that’s like a car telling you that the motor is about to blow and you’re about to go off a cliff!!
